Top players: G Cameron Burist (Sr.), G Julian Strawther (So.), G Jordan Holt (Sr.), G Davion Ware (Sr.), F Jordan Wafer (Jr.)

Outlook: Five lettermen return for the Patriots, who seem to have a nice combination of size, experience, youth and skill.

Burist (10.6 points, 6 rebounds per game) and Strawther (10.5 ppg, 6 rpg) should be among the leaders on an offense that will also see contributions from Holt (6 ppg, 4 assists per game), Ware (4 ppg) and Wafer (3 ppg, 4 rpg).

“We have a mixed group this year,” Berg said. “A few guys have a lot of experience playing varsity basketball, and some players do not have much experience but will contribute for us.

“We are very excited for the season, ready to compete and play hard all season. Our league is very competitive from top to bottom.”
