BOYS BASKETBALL: Hunt, Aggies rally past Diamondbacks

Trent Hunt scored 17 points Monday to help Arbor View’s boys basketball team rally for a 50-45 win over visiting Desert Oasis.

Jesse Vogel added 11 points for the Aggies, who trailed 22-17 at halftime.

Drevin Cannon led the Diamondbacks with 15 points, and teammate Aamondae Coleman had 10 points.

Foothill 68, Basic 54 — At Basic, Torrance Littles scored 21 points to lead the Falcons past the Wolves.

Jeron Bodin added 13 points, and Te’Vion Reed scored 12 for Foothill, which got 10 points from Colin Curi.

Josh Villaros had 16 points and six blocked shots to lead the Wolves. Matthew Esplin and Robert Sutton each scored 11 for Basic.

Centennial 80, Cimarron-Memorial 70 — At Cimarron, Darrian Traylor scored 19 points to lead the Bulldogs past the Spartans.

Troy Brown scored 17 points, and Isiah Banks added 14 points for Centennial, which led 47-27 at the half.

Aaron Turner had 12 points for the Bulldogs.

Demarco Alexander paced Cimarron with 21 points and 10 rebounds. Jadon Brown added 12 points and seven steals, and teammate Jaron Ponder scored 11 points for the Spartans.

Valley 77, Liberty 39 — At Liberty, Darrion Daniels and Taveon Jackson each scored 16 points to help the Vikings rout the Patriots.

Ganiyu Dauda added 14 points, and Cameron Burton scored 10 for Valley.

John-Lee Davis had 12 points to lead Liberty.

Coronado 68, Rancho 41 — At Coronado, Jake DesJardins had 18 points and six rebounds to lead the Cougars over the Rams.

Nick Kornieck added 17 points and eight rebounds, and Travis Boman had 13 rebounds for Coronado.

Ryan Hafen led Rancho with 12 points.

Bonanza 63, Tech 37 — At Bonanza, D.J. Fletcher scored 19 points to lead the Bengals past the Roadrunners.

John Holden added 12 points and 10 rebounds for Bonanza.

Crawford Linden scored 10 points to lead Tech.

Mohave Accelerated (Ariz.) 63, Laughlin 47 — At Laughlin, Donald Gadd had 23 points to lead the Patriots by the Cougars.

Corey Anderson paced Laughlin with 26 points.
