BOYS BASKETBALL: Martell Williams, Silverado clinch playoff spot with OT win at Green Valley

Martell Williams scored a team-high 19 points as Silverado’s boys basketball team clinched the Southeast League’s No. 4 seed with a 64-61 overtime win at Green Valley on Thursday.
Caden Farley and Devin Ross each scored 15 points, and Trevon Martin had seven points for the Skyhawks, who outscored the Gators 8-5 in overtime. Green Valley forced overtime with a 22-15 fourth quarter.
Eric Johnson led Green Valley with 20 points. Canyon Lewis had 13 points, and Matthew Tuttle scored nine for the Gators, who shot 14-for-28 from the free-throw line.
Coronado 79, Liberty 68 — At Liberty, Trey Hurlburt scored a game-high 33 points to lead the Cougars past the Patriots.
Kennedy Koehler added 23 points for Liberty, which hit 11 3-pointers.
Dyllan Robinson scored 18 points to lead the Patriots, while Julian Strawther added 15 points and Braden Cain scored 13.
Adelson School 56, Agassi Prep 55 — At Agassi Prep, Jake Buchman scored 16 points, and teammate Jacob Elharrar had two key steals in the game’s final 30 seconds to give the Lions a win over the Stars.
Elharrar provided a steal with 30 seconds remaining and made a layup for the final margin for Adelson School. He also had another steal with seven seconds left to preserve the victory.
Miles Hagan added 12 points, and Brandon Pappas scored eight for Adelson School.
Najeeb Muhammed scored 13 points for Agassi Prep, and teammates Allen Merritt and Miles Mixon each had 10 points for the Stars.
Western 71, Pahrump Valley 60 — At Western, Kwan Carter scored 25 points to lift the Warriors over the Trojans.
Jesus Rojo added 17 points, and Anthony Dodson scored 13 for Western, which led 41-22 at halftime.
Antonio Fortin led Pahrump Valley with 25 points.
Faith Lutheran 62, Legacy 35 — At Legacy, Elijah Kothe scored 19 points to lead the Crusaders past the Longhorns.
Jaylen Fox added 16 points for Faith Lutheran, which led 28-17 at halftime.
D’Eric Marlowe led Legacy with nine points.
Centennial 71, Arbor View 41 — At Centennial, Troy Brown had 26 points and 10 rebounds as the Bulldogs routed the Aggies.
Darian Scott added 10 points and nine rebounds, and Jamaal Evans scored 10 for Centennial, which outscored Arbor View 27-10 in the second quarter to pull away.
Comillion Smith paced Arbor View with 21 points.
Foothill 81, Basic 47 — At Foothill, Kai Gamett scored 19 points as the Falcons routed the Wolves.
Mauricio Smith added 18 points for Foothill, which blew the game open by outscoring Basic 32-5 in the second quarter.
Peter Nelson scored 12 points to lead the Wolves, while De’Shawn Eagles added 10 points.
Desert Pines 67, Mojave 37 — At Mojave, Trevon Abdullah-Booker had 30 points and eight rebounds to lead the Jaguars in a rout of the Rattlers.
Derrick Coleman added 10 points for Desert Pines.
Dante Ingram led Mojave with 10 points, and Chris Jackson had 13 rebounds.
Cheyenne 85, Sunrise Mountain 47 — At Cheyenne, D’Andre Houston led all scorers with 25 points, and the Desert Shields routed the Miners.
Ke’Shawn Hall added 15 points, and Dewayne Alexander had 13 points for Cheyenne, which led 44-26 at halftime.
Trevor White led Sunrise Mountain with 15 points.
Needles 70, Calvary Chapel 45 — At Needles, California, Frankie Garcia scored 19 points to power the Mustangs by the Lions.
Lenny McCord, Trey Tsosie and Irving Juarez each added eight points for Needles, which got 10 rebounds from Ryan Dunn.
Marior Munda and Elijah Martinez each had 12 points to pace Calvary Chapel.
