Findlay Prep destroys Ohio squad, 71-47

Christian Wood had 19 points, 14 rebounds, seven blocked shots and three steals Friday to lead Findlay  Prep to a 71-47 victory over Thurgood Marshall (Ohio) in Dayton, Ohio.

Stanford Robinson added 16 points and eight rebounds, and Allerik Freeman was 4-for-5 on 3-pointers and scored 16 points for the Pilots (22-0).

Nigel Williams-Goss had 12 points and nine assists, and Gavin Schilling grabbed eight rebounds for Findlay, which is ranked No. 1 the nation by USA Today and No. 2 by espn.com.

Marshall was ranked No. 22 nationally by espn.com.

The Pilots take on Montverde (Fla.) at 1 p.m. on Monday as part of the Hoophall Classic in Springfield, Mass. Montverde is No. 2 in the USA Today rankings and No. 1 according to espn.com. The game will be televised on ESPNU (320).
