Class 4A
1. Bishop Gorman (11-3, Last week 1) — The Gaels are still No. 1 after out-pacing Clark in the Beach Ball Classic in South Carolina.
2. Clark (11-3, LW 2) — The Chargers went 1-2 at the prestigious Beach Ball Classic last week.
3. Canyon Springs (10-1, LW 4) — The Pioneers claim the top spot among Sunrise Region teams for the first time this year.
4. Coronado (8-4, LW 3) — The Cougars drop a spot in the rankings after going 1-3 at a California tournament last week.
5. Faith Lutheran (12-1, LW 6) — The Crusaders have fewer losses than anyone in the Sunset Region.
6. Foothill (9-5, LW 5) — The Falcons host Green Valley in their first league game of the year Tuesday.
7. Arbor View (12-4, LW 7) — Two league games await the Aggies next week, hosting Palo Verde and Legacy.
8. Desert Oasis (13-5, LW 8) — The Diamondbacks can shake up the rankings if they beat Clark at home Monday.
9. Liberty (7-6, LW 9) — Either the Patriots, Coronado or Foothill won’t get a home playoff game. Tough league.
10. Las Vegas (10-4, LW unranked) — After wining the Las Vegas Prep Championship in their own gym, the Wildcats enter the rankings for the first time this season.
Class 3A
1. Cheyenne (6-6, LW 1) — Tuesday’s game at Desert Pines could shake up next week’s rankings.
2. Desert Pines (7-5, LW 2) — Outside of losing to eventual champion Las Vegas, the Jaguars were superb at the Las Vegas Prep Championship.
3. Chaparral (7-4, LW 3) — The Cowboys can make a statement Tuesday with a win at Sierra Vista.
4. Mojave (7-5, LW unranked) — The Rattlers enter the rankings, and play Class 4A Valley on Friday.
5. Boulder City (10-5, LW 5) — Not since 2012-13 have the Eagles have won more than 10 games.
Class 2A
1. Democracy Prep (12-2, LW 1) — With the Blue Knights beating up on Class 4A teams, does anyone in 2A stand a chance?
2. The Meadows (8-6, LW 2) — The Mustangs had a rough showing at the Vegas Invitational at Mountain View, but remain unbeated in league play.
3. Adelson School (6-5, LW 3) — The Lions split their four games at the Vegas Invitational.
4. Needles (11-5, LW 4) — The Mustangs resume league play next Tuesday at Adelson School.
5. Lincoln County (3-11, LW 5) — Ignoring the ugly record, the Lynx are 3-2 in league play and could make a run at a playoff spot.
Class 1A
1. Pahranagat Valley (9-2, LW 1) — The Panthers host Class 3A Virgin Valley on Thursday.
2. Spring Mountain (11-4, LW 2) — The Golden Eagles went 4-1 at the Vegas Invitational last week.
3. Beatty (3-2, LW 3) — The Hornets return to the court Saturday for the first time since Dec. 16.
4. Indian Springs (2-3, LW 4) — The Thunderbirds play Class 2A Laughlin Jan. 11.
5. Tonpah (5-6, LW unranked) — The Muckers head to Round Mountain on Friday with a shiny new ranking.
