ROUNDUP: Graves’ free throw lifts Liberty boys over Wolves

Elijah Graves made 1 of 2 free throws to break a tie with eight seconds remaining Friday, and Liberty’s boys basketball team held on for a 65-64 home win over Basic.
Jeremy Lontayao had 19 points and six rebounds, and Tyler Newman added 14 points, four rebounds and three assists for the Patriots.
Isaiah Villaros had 25 points to lead the Wolves. Sheldon Slayton added 11 points, and Devonte Boyd scored 10 for Basic.
Green Valley 66, Las Vegas 63 — At Green Valley, Tyler Roberts had 23 points, seven rebounds, six assists, and made four free throws in the final minute to lift the Gators over the Wildcats.
Troy Cropper added 12 points and seven blocks for Green Valley, and his dunk with 50 seconds remaining gave the Gators the lead for good. Clyde Austin added 12 points, and Kenan Haywood scored 10 for Green Valley.
Aziz Leeks scored 22 points to pace Las Vegas. Juwan Major had 16 points, and Re’Kwon Smith added 10 points for the Wildcats.
Palo Verde 62, Arbor View 57 — At Palo Verde, Eris Winder scored 17 points, and the Panthers handed the Aggies their second straight loss.
Braxton Richards had 15 points, and Jacob Yoro added 12 points for Palo Verde, which outscored Arbor View 19-7 in the first quarter and withstood the Aggies’ second-half rally.
Justin Burks poured in a game-high 25 points to lead Arbor View. Terrell Butler finished with 11 points, and Navonte Hill scored 10 for the Aggies.
Durango 75, Sierra Vista 71 — At Durango, Tyler Watts had 23 points, and Da’Jon Streeter tallied 17 points, eight rebounds and five assists as the Trailblazers held off the Mountain Lions.
Dartangan Rollins had 13 points, and Paris Estrada added 11 points and nine assists for Durango.
Alec DeMarrias finished with 16 points, and DeJuan Smith had 14 points for Sierra Vista, which got 13 points from Mikko Balmes and 11 points from Apollo Corley.
Coronado 73, Del Sol 60 — At Coronado, Justice Augmon had 22 points and seven rebounds, and the Cougars utilized a 28-11 fourth-quarter surge to power past the Dragons.
Jordan Willis finished with 12 points and 10 rebounds for the Cougars, which got 15 points from both Charlie Teixeira and Ricardo Robinson.
Tyrone Rouse led Del Sol with 19 points. Eduardo Romero added 13 points, and Rashon Lawson and Kyle Collins each had 10 points for the Dragons.
Shadow Ridge 81, Spring Valley 62 — At Shadow Ridge, Enrique White scored 19 points and added nine rebounds to lead the Mustangs over the Grizzlies.
Terell Bowden also finished with 19 points, and Anthony Carter chipped in with 10 points for Shadow Ridge, which outscored Spring Valley 29-18 in the fourth quarter to pull away.
Terrell Lee led the Grizzlies with 13 points, and Tan Horton had 10 points.
Valley 57, Silverado 47 — At Valley, Cameron Burton and Ryan Johnson scored 14 points apiece to help the Vikings defeat the Skyhawks with a late surge.
Spencer Mathis added 13 points, and Daniel Young scored 12 for Valley, which trailed 38-35 entering the fourth quarter.
Joe Baldi led Silverado with 17 points, and teammate Lamel Dixon scored 13.
Canyon Springs 72, Rancho 22 — At Canyon Springs, Chris Nelson scored 19 points to help the Pioneers rout the Rams.
Gerad Davis and Jerryon Sueing each scored 12 points, and Chris Swanson had 11 points to help Canyon Springs, which held Rancho scoreless in the second and fourth periods.
Joseph Ortiz led the Rams with six points.
Lincoln County 70, Mountain View 51 — At Mountain View, Ryan Rippetoe had 24 points and shot 14 of 15 from the free-throw line to lead the Lynx over the Saints.
Chandler Katschke supplied 19 points for Lincoln County.
T.J. Kissinger had 21 points, and Connor LeBoeuf scored 10 for Mountain View.
The Meadows 59, Needles 36 — At The Meadows, Eric Hirsberg led a balanced attack with 11 points as The Meadows downed Needles.
Matt Biafore and Brandon Rufty added nine points apiece for The Meadows.
Phillip Chavez had nine points for Needles.
Lake Mead 49, Agassi Prep 42 — At Agassi Prep, Wesley Brule led four double-figure scorers as the Eagles held off the Stars.
Justin Yamzon added 11 points before leaving in the third quarter with an injury. Dylan Graham scored 11, and Caleb Pitman had 10 points for Lake Mead.
Steven Jones had 14 points, and Jordan Smith scored 13 for Agassi Prep.
Pahranagat Valley 67, Sandy Valley 35 — At Sandy Valley, Tyler Higbee scored 19 points, and the Panthers raced to a 23-8 first-quarter lead on their way to a win over the Sidewinders.
Austin Poulsen added 12 points for Pahranagat Valley.
Guillermo Solano had 16 points, and James Rau added 10 points for Sandy Valley.
Beatty 54, Tonopah 45 — At Beatty, Jake Zamora scored 18 points to lead the Hornets over the Muckers.
Carlos Gomez scored 12 points, and Chris Dunlap and Levy Reed each had 10 points for Beatty, which outscored Tonopah 33-21 in the second half.
Connor Friel led the Muckers with 18 points, and teammate Spencer Littlefield scored 10.
Beaver Dam (Ariz.) 68, Indian Springs 51 — At Indian Springs, Paul King scored 23 points, and the Diamondbacks sprinted to a 32-8 first-quarter lead en route to a win over the Thunderbirds.
Kyle Martinez added 22 points for Beaver Dam.
Tristan Thomas had 17 points, and Donald Watkins scored 14 for Indian Springs.
Adelson School 77, Lund 33 — At Adelson School, Sean Perry had 23 points and 13 rebounds to help the Lions cruise by the Mustangs.
Rom Izkovich added 20 points and nine assists, and Francis Ventura had 16 points for Adelson School.
