ROUNDUP: Green, Agassi rout Rancho boys
Darryl Green had 19 points and eight rebounds to lead Agassi Prep’s boys basketball team to an 81-50 home win over Rancho on Monday.
Anson Williams added 13 points and 15 rebounds, and DeCari Lide had 11 points and 11 rebounds for the Stars.
Devin Bailey added nine rebounds, and Terrell Kemp had seven assists for Agassi Prep.
Chris Beverly paced Rancho with 13 points.
GIRLS
Bishop Gorman 68, San Diego 47 — At Gorman, April Rivers scored four of her game-high 27 points during an 11-2 run to end the third quarter as the Gaels pulled away from the Cavers.
Julia Ewalefo added four points and 10 rebounds for Gorman, which was tied with San Diego 28-28 at halftime but held the Cavers to 19 second-half points.
The Gaels’ Diamond Major scored nine points, and teammate Zhane Dikes chipped in four points and 10 assists.
Amie Callaway and Tia Dixon each scored nine points to lead San Diego, which was held to two field goals in the fourth quarter.
Bishop’s (Calif.) 68, Foothill 48 — At Gorman, Imani Littleton scored 24 points to lead the Knights over the Falcons.
Anaya Rodisha paced Foothill with nine points.
Mount Miguel (Calif.) 62, Moapa Valley 35 — At Gorman, Shay Young scored 19 points, and Deijah Blanks made 9 of 9 free throws en route to 13 points as the Matadors downed the Pirates.
Ashley Noto scored eight points, and Makayla Jackson added seven points for Moapa Valley, which got 13 rebounds from Malary Reid.
