Roundup: Joe Epstein clutch down the strech as Mustangs beat Lynx

Joe Epstein hit a 3-pointer and two free throws late in the game to help lift The Meadows’ boys basketball team to a 51-47 home win over Lincoln County on Saturday.
Noah Klein scored 14 points to lead a balanced attack for the Mustangs. Kevin Riska added 13 points, Allen Fridman had 11 points and Epstein scored nine.
Landen Smith led the Lynx with 15 points, and teammate Noah Smith scored 12.
Legacy 77, Apple Valley (Calif.) 41 — At Apple Valley, California, the Longhorns used a 24-0 run during the second and third quarters to take control.
D’Eric Marlowe led Legacy with 15 points. Tyrell Nolen added 12 points, and Rayshon Funches scored 10 for the Longhorns, who had 12 players score.
SLAM Academy 65, Sky Pointe 36 — At Sky Pointe, Jalen Cunningham had 23 points to lead the Bulls over the Eagles.
Londan Coleman added 15 points for SLAM Academy, which used a 20-5 run in the second quarter to take control.
Danny Cox paced Sky Pointe with 11 points.
