ROUNDUP: Ladson vaults Bonanza boys past Diamondbacks

Cameron Ladson scored 10 of his 17 points in the third quarter Thursday to help Bonanza’s boys basketball team rally for a 57-55 win over visiting Desert Oasis.

Rio Justice Chandler added 16 points for the Bengals, who trailed 31-25 at the half. Devanta Pryce supplied eight points, 14 rebounds and four blocks for Bonanza.

Marvin Duty scored 13 points, and Dustin Schwartz had 11 points for Desert Oasis.

Desert Pines 63, Provo (Utah) 58 — At Provo, Utah, Coby Myles poured in 20 points, and Donavin Wright had 12 points, six rebounds and three assists as the Jaguars topped the host school in the Provo Tip-Off Classic.

Trevion Turner added 11 points for Desert Pines.

Adam Finch led four double-figure scorers with 19 points for Provo.

Boulder City 63, Tech 34 —
At Tech, Kaleb Bailey scored 15 points, and Chris Nilsen added 11 points to lead the Roadrunners over the Eagles.

Alfonso Sanchez-Guzman had nine points, and DeAndre Bagler added eight points for Tech.

Lincoln County 83, Mountain View 78 — 
At Panaca, Chandler Katschke had 24 points, 13 rebounds and five assists to help the Lynx outlast the Saints in overtime.

Ryan Rippetoe added 20 points and eight rebounds, and Preston Avery scored 13 for Lincoln County.

T.J. Kissinger had 26 points, and Nick Jenkins scored 13 for Mountain View, which forced overtime with a three-point play at the regulation buzzer. Matt Larson rebounded a missed 3-pointer and hit a stick-back basket while being fouled.

Adelson School 49, Word of Life 44 — At Adelson School, Robert Blackwell scored 10 of his 14 points in the fourth quarter to rally the Lions past the Eagles.

Mendi Berrebi led all scorers with 28 points for Adelson School. Blackwell also grabbed 11 rebounds.

Josh Toranzo had 21 points, and Elijah Hoye scored 14 for Word of Life.
