ROUNDUP: Meadows boys top Calvary Chapel

Brian Fridman and Brandon Rufty each had 19 points Tuesday to lead The Meadows’ boys basketball team to a 74-61 home win over Calvary Chapel.
Ethan Fridman and Eric Hirsberg each added 11 points for the Mustangs, who led 33-24 at the half.
Drew Hammonds paced the Lions with 20 points. Quintin Hank added 14 points for Calvary Chapel, which was outscored 17-9 in the third quarter.
GIRLS
Calvary Chapel 48, The Meadows 26 — At The Meadows, Chloe Hammond and Lianne Reyes combined for 28 points to lead the Lions over the Mustangs.
Hammond led all scorers with 15 points for Calvary, which used an 8-2 second-quarter run to take a 21-9 lead at the half.
Melaney Mayes led The Meadows with 10 points.
