ROUNDUP: Toliver, Palo Verde boys fight off Mountain Lions in overtime

Trayvail Toliver hit a 3-pointer with three seconds to go in regulation to force overtime, and Palo Verde’s boys basketball time went on to beat host Sierra Vista 86-82 on Tuesday.
Eris Winder scored 27 points for the Panthers, who trailed 70-67 before Toliver’s 3-pointer. Braxton Richard added 14 points, Toliver scored 12 and Sam Hitchings 10 for Palo Verde.
Alec DeMarrias and DeJuan Smith each had 18 points to pace the Mountain Lions, who trailed 23-9 after one quarter.
Apollo Corley added 17 points, and Mikko Balmes scored 14 for Sierra Vista.
Valley 72, Green Valley 63 — At Valley, Ryan Johnson had eight of his 26 points in the fourth quarter to help the Vikings top the Gators.
Cameron Burton added 25 points for Valley, which outscored Green Valley 24-15 in the fourth quarter.
Tyler Roberts, Clyde Austin and Ikaika Pladera each scored 13 points for the Gators. Troy Cropper added 11 points for Green Valley, which led 26-13 after one quarter.
Basic 75, Eldorado 58 — At Basic, Ryan Diggs had 19 points and eight rebounds, and Isaiah Villaros added 18 points and seven rebounds to help the Wolves down the Sundevils.
Andrew Lopez had 11 points, and Devonte Boyd contributed 10 points and five assists for Basic, which led 39-20 at the half.
D.J. Billingsley supplied Eldorado with 19 points. Jayveon Brown added 13 points, and Darrion Daniels scored 11 for the Sundevils.
Liberty 62, Coronado 52 — At Coronado, Jeremy Lontayao scored 16 points to help the Patriots beat the Cougars.
Zach Johnson tallied 14 points, and Elijah Simmons supplied 12 points for Liberty, which outscored Coronado 35-24 over the middle two quarters.
Justice Augmon led all scorers with 17 points for Coronado, which also got 15 points from Jordan Willis and 10 points from Charlie Teixeira.
Durango 70, Shadow Ridge 54 — At Durango, Paris Estrada had 21 points, six assists and five rebounds, and the Trailblazers outscored the Mustangs 30-13 in the fourth quarter to earn the win.
Tyler Watts added 16 points for Durango.
Terell Bowden and Enrique White each had 14 points for Shadow Ridge, which got 13 points from Anthony Carter.
Arbor View 80, Spring Valley 51 — At Spring Valley, Terrell Butler scored 16 points, and Justin Burks added 15 points to guide the Aggies past the Grizzlies.
Charles Porter had 14 points, and Navonte Hill scored 10 for Arbor View.
DeVante Moten led Spring Valley with 12 points.
Las Vegas 69, Rancho 28 — At Las Vegas, Juwan Major scored 15 points to lead the Wildcats to an easy win over the Rams.
Aziz Leeks and Re’Kwon Smith each had 10 points for Las Vegas, which jumped out to a 36-16 halftime lead.
Jawaan James led Rancho with nine points.
Canyon Springs 64, Silverado 15 — At Silverado, Tim Straghter posted 13 points to lead 10 scorers, as the Pioneers routed the Skyhawks.
Brandon Edmond added 11 points for Canyon Springs, which led 35-6 at the half.
Lake Mead 54, Laughlin 31 — At Lake Mead, Caleb Pitman supplied 15 points and 10 rebounds as the Eagles cruised past the Cougars.
Brendan LeBaron had 12 points, and Dylan Graham scored 10 for Lake Mead, which got eight points and 10 rebounds from Wesley Brule.
David Rain had 13 points to Lead Laughlin.
Calvary Chapel 57, Needles 42 — At Calvary Chapel, Matthew Harney scored 14 points to help the Lions down the Mustangs.
Quintin Hank had 13 points, and Killian Diers added 11 points for Calvary Chapel, which outscored Needles 14-5 in the third quarter after a 25-25 halftime tie.
Wyatt Upshaw led all scorers with 15 points for Needles, which also got 13 points from Phillip Chavez and 10 points from Devin Truscott.
The Meadows 69, Mountain View 50 — At Mountain View, Adam Abdelaziz had 20 points, and the Mustangs finished the game on a 25-11 run to down the Saints.
Brian Fridman scored 17 points, and Eric Hirsberg had 16 points for The Meadows.
T.J. Kissinger had 14 points, and Connor LeBoeuf scored 13 for Mountain View.
Spring Mountain 56, Adelson School 45 — At Adelson School, Develle Williams led four double-figure scorers with 15 points as the Eagles defeated the Lions.
Roemello Tatum and Terrence Ware each scored 12 points, and Kenyon McNair added 11 points for Spring Mountain, which trailed 25-20 at halftime but charged back with a 19-10 third-quarter run.
Rom Izkovich had 13 points and 10 assists for Adelson School, which got nine points each from Robert Blackwell and Sean Perry.
Adelson School JV 51, Indian Springs 38 — At Indian Springs, the Lions’ junior varsity outscored the Thunderbirds 13-4 in the fourth quarter to secure the win.
Tristan Thomas led Indian Springs with 21 points.
Word of Life 50, Sandy Valley 32 — At Word of Life, Josh Toranzo had 12 points as the Eagles downed the Sidewinders.
Elijah Hoye and Joe Visser each added 10 points for Word of Life.
James Rau had 12 points for Sandy Valley.
