Wood, Findlay Prep beat up Planet Athlete, 109-65

UNLV signee Christian Wood had 28 points, six rebounds, four blocks and three assists Thursday to help Findlay Prep’s basketball team to a 109-65 win over Planet Athlete Academy (Ariz.) at Henderson International.

Nigel Williams-Goss had 16 points and 16 assists for the Pilots (27-0), ranked No. 1 nationally by USA Today. Gavin Schilling added 19 points and seven rebounds for Findlay, which led 55-36 at the half.

Kingsley Okoroh added 13 points, and Braian Angola scored 12 for Findlay.
