GIRLS BASKETBALL: Jackson scores 30 as Sundevils down Spartans

Denisheun Jackson scored 30 points Monday to lead Eldorado’s girls basketball team to a 54-48 win at Cimarron-Memorial.
Desia Walker added 17 points for the Sundevils.
Celine Acfalle had 16 points, and Shauntel Efferson scored 12 for the Spartans.
Coronado 75, Clark 46 — At Clark, Dajah Washington scored 27 points, and the Cougars bolted to a 19-6 first-quarter lead in a win over the Chargers.
Grace Green scored 18 points, and Samantha Green added 15 points for Coronado, which got 10 points from Skylar Feldman.
Bobbi Floyd had 12 points, and Shyanne Carter-Wade added 10 points for Clark.
Liberty 70, Chaparral 30 — At Liberty, Paris Strawther had 14 points and 11 rebounds to lead the Patriots by the Cowboys.
Jamellia Clark added 13 points and 10 rebounds, and Nancy Caballero had 12 points for Liberty, which led 41-4 at the half.
Jasmine Martin had nine points for Chaparral.
Shadow Ridge 45, Western 34 — At Shadow Ridge, Michelle Wager scored 13 points to lead the Mustangs past the Warriors.
Jaylyn Johnson added eight points for the Mustangs.
Destiny Gonzalez had 12 points to lead Western.
Tech 38, Mojave 27 — At Mojave, Jasmine Haywood had 15 points and 12 rebounds to lead the Roadrunners by the Rattlers.
Needles 42, River Valley (Ariz.) 41 — At Needles, Calif., Daryn Plumage led a balanced attack with nine points as the Mustangs held off the Dust Devils.
Breena Oliver had 19 points for River Valley, which trailed 23-11 at halftime.
