Roundup: Eboni Walker helps Centennial to victory

Eboni Walker had 18 points and 12 rebounds Monday to help Centennial’s girls basketball team to a 77-55 win over Bishop Mongtomery (California) in Stockton, California.

Daejah Phillips added 15 points and 10 rebounds for the Bulldogs, who led 37-22 at the half.

Taylor Bigby had 14 points, and Ajanhae Phoumiphat scored 10 for Centennial.

Kayla Williams paced the Knights with 18 points. Khylee Pepe added 14 points, and Kayla Padilla scored 11 for Montgomery, which got 10 points from Cyan Dyke.

Canyon Springs 75, Democracy Prep 28 — At Canyon Springs, Jeannette Fine scored 17 points to help the Pioneers rout the Blue Knights.

Kayla Johnson added 16 points, and Sydnei Collier scored 12 for Canyon Springs, which led 46-15 at the half.

Sharmayne Finley paced Democracy Prep with 18 points.

Coronado 49, Arbor View 43 — At Coronado, Sade Williams scored eight of her 14 points in the fourth quarter as the Cougars rallied past the Aggies.

Haley Morton added 12 points for Coronado, which trailed 26-12 at the half and 35-24 after three quarters.

Tracy Abesamis had 15 points, and Amiya Lattomus scored 10 for Arbor View.

Coronado 41, Las Vegas 33 — At Coronado, Morton had 11 points to help the Cougars top the Wildcats.

Gabbie Etopio added nine points for Coronado.

Xeda Regala led Las Vegas with 19 points.

Mission Hills (Calif.) 51, Bishop Gorman 36 — At Stockton, California, the Grizzlies outscored the Gaels 32-14 in the middle quarters to secure the victory.
