ROUNDUP: Hammer helps Crusader girls rally past Mustangs

Taylor Hammer poured in 17 points Monday to help Faith Lutheran’s girls basketball team to a come-from-behind 52-37 win at Shadow Ridge.

Julia Benko added 15 points, and Kelsey McCourt scored 10 for the Crusaders (9-9, 6-3 Northwest), who opened up a two-game lead over Shadow Ridge for fourth place and the final postseason berth in the Northwest League.

Sabriya Brooks had 16 points for the Mustangs (6-12, 4-5), who led 15-8 after one quarter.

Palo Verde 52, Arbor View 34 — At Palo Verde, Jasmin Kiley scored 24 points as the Panthers pulled away from the Aggies.

Dana Lewis paced Arbor View with 13 points.

Cimarron-Memorial 61, Mojave 25 — At Cimarron, Traci Parks scored 16 points to lead the Spartans past the Rattlers.

Taya Harper added 11 points for Cimarron, which outscored Mojave 29-8 in the second half.

Legacy 53, Cheyenne 40 — At Cheyenne, Markeshia Evans and Tori Payne each scored 11 points to lead the Longhorns in a win over the Desert Shields.

Foothill 77, Silverado 32 — At Silverado, Bri Higgins poured in 28 points and grabbed 17 rebounds to help carry the Falcons to an easy win over the Skyhawks.

Brittany Loguidice scored 10 points for Silverado.

Coronado 59, Del Sol 34 — At Del Sol, Sofie Cruz scored 13 of her 15 points during a 23-9 first-quarter run that propelled the Cougars past the Dragons.

Dajah Washington also scored 15 points for Coronado.

Melissa DeSantiago paced Del Sol with nine points.

Basic 56, Tech 35 — At Tech, Dana Deloney scored 19 points, and teammate Kailai Branter added 14 points as the Wolves downed the Roadrunners.

Kristena Wilson scored 15 for Tech, and Sabrina Sawyer added 12 points.

Sierra Vista 53, Durango 39 — At Sierra Vista, Melia Tadytin racked up 24 points and 22 rebounds to lead the Mountain Lions past the Trailblazers.

Jasmine Suarez added 12 points and six assists for Sierra Vista, which pulled away after taking a 23-17 halftime lead.

Jasmine Thomas paced Durango with 11 points.

Spring Valley 68, Clark 63 — At Spring Valley, Shauna Patterson scored 22 points to help the Grizzlies top the Chargers.

DeTiese Moore had 17 points, and Jana Espiritu added 10 points for Spring Valley.

Bobbi Floyd scored 29 points to lead Clark, which got 13 points for Lisa Ko.

Desert Oasis 63, Western 18 — At Western, Sammi Tso pumped in 17 points, and the Diamondbacks bolted to a 42-13 halftime lead en route to a win over the Warriors.

Isis Haywood scored 13 points, and Auburn Smith had 10 points for Desert Oasis.

Brittany Moreland led Western with nine points.

Bonanza 43, Pahrump Valley 31 — At Pahrump, the Bengals led 20-6 after the first quarter and held on to defeat the Trojans.

Tanganika Hunt and Alyssa Powers each scored eight points to lead Bonanza.
