ROUNDUP: Kunzi’s game-winner gives Pahrump girls edge over Spring Valley

Alyson Kunzi scored 28 points, including a go-ahead layup with less than 10 seconds left in overtime, to carry Pahrump Valley’s girls basketball team to a 46-45 road win over Spring Valley on Monday.
Sara Williams added 10 points for the Trojans.
Jessica Stevens scored 14 points for the Grizzlies. Jana Espiritu added 11 points, and Shauna Patterson scored 10 for Spring Valley.
Western 52, Clark 47 — At Western, Brandi Jackson had a game-high 23 points to help the Warriors hold off the Chargers.
Naz Lockett added 14 points for Western, which held a 26-24 advantage at the half.
Kiara Nesmith had 13 points and Michelle Garcia supplied 12 for Clark, which hit only 4 of 16 free throws.
Cheyenne 48, Mojave 43 — At Mojave, Hannah Tatum scored 14 points to help the Desert Shields defeat the Rattlers.
Amanda Fluker added 10 points for Cheyenne, which led 16-6 after one quarter.
Jazzmine Robinson and Tashahni Thomas each scored 14 for Mojave.
Palo Verde 54, Faith Lutheran 43 — At Palo Verde, Alyssa Amoruso had 16 points and Lily Tapusoa scored 15 to lead the Panthers past the Crusaders.
Kelsey McCourt led Faith Lutheran with 17 points.
Cimarron-Memorial 70, Shadow Ridge 32 — At Cimarron, Traci Parks had 21 points, 12 rebounds, three assists and three steals to lead the Spartans to a rout of the Mustangs.
Chalon Henderson scored 11 points for Cimarron, and Leilani Blanco supplied 10 points, four assists and seven steals for the Spartans.
Vianne Perez led Shadow Ridge with six points.
Sierra Vista 83, Bonanza 29 — At Bonanza, Jasmine Suarez scored 23 points to help the Mountain Lions rout the Bengals.
Marley Wakeen added 14 points for Sierra Vista, which got 12 points from Jeanette Jackson and 11 points from Kalyn Reed.
Tranee Jenkins led Bonanza with 12 points.
Bishop Gorman 66, Desert Oasis 31 — At Gorman, Chelsie Pitt had 16 points and 10 rebounds, and the Gaels got out to a 33-13 halftime lead and rolled past the Diamondbacks.
Amber Lane added 11 points, and Zhane Dikes scored 10 for the Gaels.
Sammi Tso paced Desert Oasis with 11 points.
Silverado 67, Boulder City 34 — At Boulder City, Tae’lor Monroe had 23 points to help the Skyhawks stop the Eagles.
Jessica Meyers added 16 points, and Natalie Lainhart scored 12 for Silverado, which outscored Boulder City 47-19 in the middle quarters.
Karlee Koopman had 12 points to lead Boulder City.
Moapa Valley 53, Eldorado 48 — At Eldorado, Hana Leavitt scored 10 points to help the Pirates defeat the Sundevils.
Shelby Gray added nine points for Moapa Valley.
Needles 58, River Valley (Ariz.) 18 — At River Valley, Gena Chavira had 19 points to lead the Mustangs to the win.
Abby Chandler added 17 points for Needles, which led 35-13 at the half.
