Roundup: Kyndal Ricks powers Rancho over Western

Kyndal Ricks scored a game-high 20 points for Rancho’s girls basketball team Wednesday, and the Rams held Westerm scoreless in the second quarter en route to the 39-27 road victory.
Lea Williams added six points for Rancho, which led 25-8 at halftime.
Rai’na Davis led Western with eight points.
Boulder City 55, Chaparral 42 — At Chaparral, Madison Manns scored 16 points to lead the Eagles by the Cowboys.
Keely Alexander had 12 points for Boulder City, which sank 22 of 32 free throws.
Brizeida Mora scored 14 points to pace Chaparral.
Mojave 66, Basic 53 — At Mojave, Alecia Kelly tallied 17 points, and Savannah Blanchard-Davis scored 15 as the Rattlers held off the Wolves.
Kiara Lemon added 13 points for Mojave, which bolted to a 17-5 first quarter lead.
Destiny Bird led Basic with 12 points.
Virgin Valley 33, Del Sol 25 — At Del Sol, Savannah Price scored 12 points to lead the Bulldogs past the Dragons
Nathalie Lagamayo and Taylor Barnum each added six points for Virgin Valley, which held Del Sol to single digits in every quarter.
Markay Merchant had 10 points for Del Sol.
Clark 57, Bonanza 27 — At Clark, Marieka Dent had 21 points, eight assists, four rebounds and four steals, and Adia Williams added 10 points and five steals as the Chargers routed the Bengals.
Rockelle Ramsey had nine points and four rebounds, and teammate Julia Reid supplied eight points and 11 rebounds for Clark.
Madeline Gonzalez led Bonanza with nine points.
Green Valley 59, Eldorado 26 — At Eldorado, Quii Harmon scored 12 points to lead 11 scorers, as the Gators knocked off the Sundevils.
Shelby Clark, Julia Clark and Rian Anderson each scored eight points for Green Valley, which led 33-5 at halftime.
Moapa Valley 71, Tech 22 — At Tech, Kaitlyn Anderson scored 17 points, and Natalie Mills added 12 points as the Pirates dominated the Roadrunners.
Kaitlyn Hopkins had 10 points for Moapa Valley, which stormed to a 39-12 halftime lead.
Cassandra Bancich scored eight points for Tech.
Desert Oasis 59, Durango 8 — At Desert Oasis, Desi-Rae Young scored 12 points as the Diamondbacks stymied the Trailblazers.
Eliyjah Pricebrooks and Ahmaya Smith each added 11 points for Desert Oasis, which held Durango scoreless in the fourth quarter.
Analiyah Matthews scored six points for the Trailblazers.
Bishop Gorman 55, Sierra Vista 13 — At Bishop Gorman, Georgia Ohiaeri scored 17 points to lead the Gaels over the Mountain Lions.
Sahira Young scored nine for the Gaels, who outscored Sierra Vista 23-2 in the second half.
Shania Harper led the Mountain Lions with seven points.
Cheyenne 64, Democracy Prep 23 — At Cheynne, Teionni McDaniel scored a game-high 24 points as the Desert Shields defeated down the Blue Knights.
Almond Slayton added 14 points for Cheyenne.
Sharmayne Finley scored 22 of Democracy Prep’s 23 points.
Silverado 49, Las Vegas 17 — At Silverado, the Skyhawks routed the Wildcats.
Indian Springs 21, Sky Pointe 7 — At Indian Springs, Kayla Noyes scored seven points to help the Thunderbirds shut down the Eagles.
Bo DuBray added six points for Indian Springs, which held Sky Pointe scoreless in the first quarter and led 13-1 at halftime.
