ROUNDUP: Moore helps Longhorn girls steal home victory

Martia Moore had 14 points and 10 steals Monday to help Legacy’s girls basketball team to a 64-54 home victory over Cimarron-Memorial.
Shakita Cox added 14 points and five steals for the Longhorns, who outscored the Spartans 16-6 in the second quarter.
Traci Parks led Cimarron-Memorial with 26 points. Leilani Blanco supplied 11 points for the Spartans, which were 13-for-30 from the free-throw line.
Western 36, Pahrump Valley 34 — At Western, Naz Lockett had 15 points as the Warriors edged the Trojans.
Mylasia Smith added eight points for Western, which held on despite converting on just 4 of 27 free throws.
Alyson Kunzi had 20 points to lead Pahrump, which was 20-for-39 from the line.
Centennial 97, Mojave 43 — At Centennial, Jada Brown had 25 points and 13 rebounds, and Shannon Brown added 12 points and 10 rebounds as the Bulldogs blitzed the Rattlers.
Tamera Williams and Denajha Kie each added 12 points for Centennial, and Ashley Klemz scored 11 for the Bulldogs.
Jazzmine Robinson led Mojave with 15 points. Jazmine Pedraza added 12 points, and Alexandria Thiel scored 10 for the Rattlers.
Palo Verde 83, Cheyenne 49 — At Palo Verde, Alyssa Amoruso drained four 3-pointers and finished with 23 points to lead the Panthers past the Desert Shields.
Jasmin Kiley added 18 points for Palo Verde, which outscored Cheyenne 56-21 in the middle two quarters.
Janae Brown paced Cheyenne with 15 points, and teammate Britnee Shaw scored 12.
Arbor View 41, Shadow Ridge 15 — At Arbor View, Jena Valenzuela had 17 points as the Aggies rolled past the Mustangs.
Arbor View held Shadow Ridge scoreless in the first quarter, and outscored the Mustangs 25-8 in the second half.
Desert Oasis 72, Bonanza 26 — At Bonanza, Tatiana Kearn had 24 points as the Diamondbacks beat the Bengals.
Sammi Tso added 15 points, Ralena Phillips had 11 points, and Ashley Hibbard scored 10 for Desert Oasis, which led 50-13 at the half.
Denetrius Martin scored 13 points for Bonanza.
Virgin Valley 65, Faith Lutheran 59 — At Mesquite, Nikki Arquette nailed all six of her free throws in overtime to help the Bulldogs top the Crusaders.
Rachel Morris had 24 points to lead Virgin Valley. Madison Bowler added 14 points, and Arquette and Jenelle Weythman each scored 10 for the Bulldogs.
Kelsey McCourt paced Faith Lutheran with 27 points, including two free throws with 14 seconds left in regulation to force the overtime. Taylor Hammer added 14 points for the Crusaders.
Moapa Valley 52, Spring Valley 50 — At Spring Valley, Ashley Noto scored 16 points to help the Pirates edge the Grizzlies.
Amanda Campbell added 13 points for Moapa Valley, which held on after taking a four-point lead with two minutes to play.
Shauna Patterson led Spring Valley with 17 points. De’Tiese Moore added 12 points and Jessica Stevens 10 for the Grizzlies.
Aussie Travelers (Australia) 74, Lake Mead 35 — At Lake Mead, the Travelers built a 42-22 halftime lead and cruised to the win.
Shannon Regan led the Eagles with 10 points.
