Roundup: Rancho knocks off Las Vegas High

Saipress Jones had 13 points Tuesday to lead Rancho’s girls basketball team to a 39-32 home win over Las Vegas High.
Taylor DeGourville added nine points for Rancho, which built a 21-14 halftime lead.
Cortney Stark had 13 points to lead Las Vegas.
Sierra Vista 53, Silverado 30 — At Silverado, Shania Johnson-Harper scored 17 points as the Mountain Lions defeated the Skyhawks.
Yasmine Noor scored nine points for the Skyhawks.
Canyon Springs 52, Desert Pines 27 — At Desert Pines, Jeanette Fine had 17 points as the Pioneers defeated the Jaguars.
Ja’moni Brown added nine points for Canyon Springs, which outscored Desert Pines 15-0 in the second quarter to take a 32-5 lead.
Kailani Paulino had nine points to lead the Jaguars.
Spring Valley 61, Durango 15 — At Spring Valley, Kiana Turenne, Aaliyah Gayles, and Alexus Quaadman each scored 12 points as the Grizzlies routed the Trailblazers.
Gayles had nine steals for Spring Valley.
India Barfield led Durango with six points.
Pahrump Valley 57, Del Sol 21 — At Pahrump, Kathryn Daffer scored 12 points, and Tayla Wombaker added 10 points, seven steals and four assists as the Trojans cruised past the Dragons.
Jacquellen Stobbe supplied 11 points for Pahrump, which jumped out to a 33-10 halftime lead.
Paige Birch scored seven points for Del Sol.
Mojave 58, Western 21 — At Mojave, Alecia Kelly poured in 24 points to lead the Rattlers to a win over the Warriors.
Jasmine Kaufman added 13 points and Chania Scott scored 12 points for Mojave, which spurted to a 33-13 halftime lead and help Western to single digits in each quarter.
Adrianna Jones led Western with 12 points.
Legacy 53, Eldorado 13 — At Eldorado, Sam Greene scored 21 points to help the Longhorns rout the Sundevils.
Autumn McCain added 12 points for Legacy, which led 32-8 at the half and triggered the running clock in the third quarter.
Needles 55, Adelson School 17 — At Adelson School, Te Limon and Marie Mills each scored nine points as the Mustangs easily handled the Lions.
Imani Evans and Morgan Phillips added eight points apiece, and Jordyn Breaux scored seven for Needles, which ran to a 31-7 halftime lead.
Dana Bluevise scored 13 points for Adelson School.
Lake Mead 47, Mountain View 15 — At Lake Mead, Shelbi Shaw scored 17 points as the Eagles enjoyed an easy win over the Saints.
Rebekah Fuller added 10 points for Lake Mead, which cruised to a 30-7 halftime lead.
Amani Reece and Milagro Ruiz each scored six points for Mountain View.
Bishop Gorman JV 42, SLAM Academy 29 — At Gorman, the Gaels junior varsity used an 18-7 third-quarter run to take control and beat the Bulls.
Zameeah Terry scored 11 to lead SLAM Academy.
