ROUNDUP: Washington, Delgado have big first half in Liberty girls win

Jade Washington scored all 17 of her points in the first half Thursday, helping Liberty’s girls basketball team take a 45-25 halftime lead en route to a 68-48 win over visiting Silverado to maintain its hold on first place in the Southeast League.
Amanda Delgado also scored 17 first-half points and finished with 19 points, six rebounds and five assists for the Patriots, who improved to 6-0 in the Southeast with a one-game lead over Green Valley (5-1).
Daynice Cochran came off the bench to add 14 points and 10 rebounds for Liberty, and Destiny Whitehead contributed 13 points.
Natalie Lainhart led Silverado with 20 points. Shea Collins added 11 points for the Skyhawks.
Coronado 44, Tech 35 — At Coronado, the Cougars outscored the Roadrunners 18-3 in the fourth quarter to rally for the win.
Sofie Cruz led Coronado with 14 points, and Sarah Dexter contributed 10 points.
Mesha Phillips paced Tech with 12 points.
Green Valley 87, Del Sol 32 — At Del Sol, Sarah Pickus scored 25 points, Jazmine Jarvis had 22, and Danielle Christenson added 17 as the Gators routed the Dragons.
Tatiana Mosley added 10 points for Green Valley, which held a 59-20 halftime lead.
Amy Austin led Del Sol with 28 points.
Foothill 46, Basic 40 — At Foothill, Bri Higgins scored 17 points and had seven rebounds, five blocks and three assists, and the Falcons used a 15-6 third-quarter burst to hold off Basic.
Cheryl Harless added nine points for the Falcons.
Marquichea Burns scored 13 points, and Michaela Thomas had 10 points for Basic.
Desert Oasis 53, Western 51 — At Desert Oasis, Tatiana Kearn scored 18 points and Sammi Tso had 13 to lead the Diamondbacks past the Warriors.
Auburn Smith added 11 points for the Diamondbacks, who held a 12-10 lead after one quarter.
Michelle Simon led the Warriors with 23 points, and Daresheoun Lee added 16.
Bonanza 61, Pahrump Valley 43 — At Bonanza, Daytril Beals scored 18 points as the Bengals cruised past the Trojans.
Alice Pitts had 15 points, and Alex Duncan added 10 for Bonanza, which used an 18-7 third quarter to take the lead for good.
Taylor Ball led Pahrump with 12 points.
Clark 49, Spring Valley 42 — At Clark, Michelle Garcia had 12 points and four assists as the Chargers beat the Grizzlies.
Julianna Thornock and Angelena Cook each supplied 11 points, and Tarah Murph added 10 points for Clark.
Michi Taylor led Spring Valley with 11 points..
Calvary Chapel 29, Trinity 25 — At Calvary Chapel, Anna Duerden scored 12 points to help the Lions hold on for the win.
Reny Celero scored 10 points for Trinity, which trailed 14-5 after the first quarter.
