Outlook: The Skyhawks not only made the playoffs last season, but won a first-round road game before losing to state runner-up Liberty in the Sunrise semifinals.
But the team suffered some key losses, including coach Randall Cunningham, who went 15-7 in two years as head coach.
Ostolaza, who previously coached the Skyhawks for eight seasons going 40-39, returns and also must replace workhorse running back Misipeka (1,601 yards, 20 TDs) along with all-state offensive lineman Scoggins and all-state safety Solomon.
Hoapili and Loosbrock each saw limited action last season. Hoapili completed 5 of 6 passes for 97 yards and two TDs, and Loosbrock was 10-for-21 for 100 yards with one touchdown and one interception.
Ostolaza said he hopes the gets better each week.
