Aggies jump out to big halftime lead, roll past Mustangs

Third-ranked Arbor View (7-0, 3-0 Northwest) racked up 432 yards to take a 50-0 lead at halftime and easily held on to defeat host Shadow Ridge (1-6, 1-2) 57-6 on Friday.
Arbor View scored on the third play from scrimmage on a 48-yard touchdown run by Anthony Smith.
Ricky Clark burst through the middle and sprinted 98 yards for the Aggies’ second score, and Rasheem Parks found Jacob Parker open for a 48-yard touchdown to give Arbor View a 22-0 lead after one quarter.
Weston Gardner had a pair of interceptions and a 19-yard touchdown run, Herman Grey scored two rushing TDs, Parks hit Jacob Speaks for a 64-yard touchdown and Salah Boyce added a 30-yard touchdown run to round out the scoring for the Aggies.
