Leavitt, Panthers roll over Fredonia

Chase Leavitt rushed for 183 yards and scored four touchdowns in the second half Saturday to lead Pahranagat Valley to a 42-12 road win at Fredonia (Ariz.).

Leavitt had just 14 carries, but rushed for second-half touchdowns of 64, 14 and 20 yards. He also caught a 10-yard scoring strike from Taylor Poulsen.

Poulsen rushed for the Panthers’ first two toucdowns as Pahranagat Valley (3-0) built a 14-0 halftime lead. Poulsen had 12 carries for 73 yards and completed 11 of 15 passes for 112 yards.

The Panthers racked up 448 totals yards, including 336 rushing yards.

Fredonia managed just 185 total yards and had four turnovers.
