Nelson’s four scores help Chaparral blitz Warriors

Justin Nelson scored four straight touchdowns and finished with 117 yards rushing on just nine carries Friday to lead host Chaparral's football team to a 59-0 rout of Western.

Nelson scored on a 61-yard run, caught a 28-yard touchdown pass from Jerome Williamson and took a punt return 49 yards for a score just before the end of the first half. Nelson had a 15-yard TD run on the first drive of the second half and added two 2-point conversions.

Travis Seiu rushed for three touchdowns, and the Cowboys (2-2) held the Warriors (0-4) to 94 total yards of offense.
