Pahranagat Valley inherits nation’s longest winning streak, blasts Beatty

Tabor Maxwell threw for 297 yards and threw touchdowns to four different receivers Friday to help Pahranagat Valley's football team to a 58-14 win at Beatty (1-1, 0-1 Division IV Southern).
Wade Leavitt added 121 yards rushing, 89 yards receiving and three total TDs for Pahranagat Valley (4-0, 1-0), which has won 61 straight, the longest winning streak in the country after Clairton (Pa.) had its 66-game streak snapped on Friday.
Shawn Wadsworth had four catches for 88 yards and a score for the Panthers. Jeremy Minick and Christian Higbee also had receiving touchdowns, and teammates Caleb Hansen and Jordan Cryts each ran for a TD.
