Wallace, returns helps Saints to win over Mustangs

Travis Wallace ran for one touchdown and caught a scoring pass, and Mountain View’s football had three returns for touchdowns Saturday on its way to a 46-7 home win over The Meadows.

Wallace caught a 1-yard TD pass from Ian Locke just before halftime and opened the second-half scoring with a 16-yard run.

The Saints (3-1, 3-0 Division III Southern) got a 68-yard fumble return by Locke, a 91-yard interception return from Adonis Morris and a 93-yard kickoff return by Jacob Duldulao, all for touchdowns.

Noah Van Kempen and Matthew Larson added TD runs for the Saints, who beat the Mustangs for the first time since moving to 11-man football in 2008.

Nathan Devera had a 2-yard TD run in the fourth quarter for The Meadows (0-4, 0-3).
