GOLF: Bulldogs down Bengals at Paiute

Allen Fleegle and Alex Vega each shot a 3-over-par 39 at Paiute on Thursday to help Centennial’s boys golf team to a 222-294 win over Bonanza.

Jacob Mabey shot a 46 for the Bengals.

Logan helps Eagles win six-team meet

At River’s Edge, Luke Logan shot a 3-under 69 to lead Boulder City to victory in a six-team meet.

The Eagles had a team score of 386. Needles was second at 401, followed by Pahrump Valley (443), Las Vegas (452), Moapa Valley (457) and Virgin Valley (474).

Kyler Atkinson added a 72 for Boulder City.

Trey Jensen and Phoutpane Souksengdao each shot 75 for Las Vegas.

Sky Pointe's Drake Harvey is a member of the Nevada Preps All-Southern Nevada boys golf team.
