GOLF: Dickey, Aggies win Northwest match

Sam Dickey shot 3-over-par 75 at Canyon Gate on Monday to help Arbor View’s boys golf team to victory in a Northwest League match.

Cameron Gambini finished tied for second with a 78 for Arbor View, which shot 406 as a team. Centennial was second at 429, and Desert Oasis placed third at 459.

Syouta Wakisaka also shot 78 for Desert Oasis.

Centennial’s Joshua James and Cimarron-Memorial’s Brandon Smith each shot 79.

Faith Lutheran wins Sunset League match

At Mountain Falls, the Crusaders had three of the top five golfers to win a Sunset League match.

Trenton May shot a 4-over 76 to lead Faith Lutheran. Dallas Haun and Andrew Boka each shot 77 for the Crusaders, who shot 386 as a team.

Pahrump Valley was second at 436, and Clark shot 547.

Pahrump Valley’s Austen Ancell and Sierra Vista’s George Kim also shot 77.

Boulder City tops Las Vegas

At Boulder City Golf Course, Kyler Atkinson shot 4-over 40 to lead the Eagles to a 221-256 win over Las Vegas.

Quentin Turner added a 43 for Boulder City.

Trey Jensen was the medalist with a 37 for the Wildcats.
