GOLF: Kirchner, Skyhawks take Northeast League match

Thomas Kirchner shot a 1-over-par 73 at Stallion Mountain on Wednesday to help Silverado’s boys golf team to victory in a Northeast League match.

The Skyhawks shot 448. Liberty was second at 471, followed by Valley (604), Canyon Springs (610) and Las Vegas (634).

Liberty’s Jayrick Cadelina-Canyete shot 76.

Silverado’s Matthew McClure and Canyon Springs’ Dominic David each shot 80.

Tech downs Chaparral

At Las Vegas National, Deylin Lees shot a 13-over 50 to help Tech defeat Chaparral, 275-321.

Matt Perry, Nick Zito and Jacob Read each added a 56 for the Roadrunners.

Danny Hubley shot 54 for the Cowboys.

Panthers defeat Coronado

At TPC Las Vegas, Jack Trent carded a 2-under 34 to lead Palo Verde to a 180-189 win over Coronado.

Cameron Barzekoff added a 35, and Jett Isoda shot 36 for the Panthers.

Grant McKay led the Cougars with a 35, and teammate Dylan Fritz shot 36.

Gators nip Boulder City

At Boulder Creek, Ryan Rood and Ty Klabacka each shot 4-over 40 to help Green Valley to a 239-240 win over Boulder City.

Connor Malone added a 43 for Green Valley.

Boulder City’s Kyler Atkinson was the medalist with a 35.
