GOLF: Liberty wins Northeast League match at Revere

Jayrick Cadelina-Canyete shot a 2-over-par 74 at Revere on Wednesday to earn medalist honors and help Liberty’s boys golf team win a Northeast League match.

The Patriots had a team score of 450. Silverado was second at 493, followed by Las Vegas at 525.

Las Vegas’ Trey Jensen and Silverado’s Matthew McClure each shot 76.

Aggies win Northwest match

At Palm Valley, Cameron Gambini shot a 4-over 76 to earn medalist honors and help Arbor View win a Northwest League match.

Ethan Bozner and Logan Martinez each added a 79 for the Aggies, who had a team score of 398. Centennial was second at 414, followed by Desert Oasis at 449.

Cimarron-Memorial’s Brandon Smith shot 78.

Centennial’s Joshua James had a 79.

Panthers take Southwest match

At Aliante, Jack Trent shot a 2-under 70 to take medalist honors and lead Palo Verde to victory in a Southwest League match.

The Panthers had a team score of 392, five strokes better than Bishop Gorman. Shadow Ridge shot 420.

Bishop Gorman’s Anthony Lalli shot a 1-under 71, and teammate Christian James had a 73.

Crusaders win Sunset Match

At Angel Park, Faith Lutheran took the top three spots to win a Sunset League match with a score of 375.

Mitch Conley shot 1-under 70 to lead the Crusaders. Robert Gabour was second at 74, and teammate Charlie Magruder shot 75 for Faith Lutheran.

Pahrump Valley was second at 437, and Spring Valley was third at 475.
