GOLF: Logan shoots 1-under as Eagles top Pirates

Luke Logan shot a 1-under-par 71 at Boulder City Municipal on Thursday to help Boulder City’s boys golf team win a Sunrise League match.

The Eagles had a team score of 411. Moapa Valley shot 470 and was the only other school to post a team score.

Virgin Valley’s Hogan Fowles carded an 80, one stroke better than the Pirates’ Jacob Causey.

Panthers, Falcons tie

At Tuscany, Andrew Chu took medalist honors with an even-par 36 to help Foothill tie Palo Verde.

Both teams shot 200.

Mason Reid added a 38 for the Falcons.

Cameron Meeks shot 38, and Tanner Lish had a 39 for the Panthers.
