GOLF: Skyhawks win three-team match at Desert Willow

Thomas Kirchner carded a 4-over-par 64 at Desert Willow on Thursday to help Silverado’s boys golf team win a Northeast League match.
The Skyhawks, who also got a 73 from Matthew McClure, had a team score of 380. Liberty was second at 403, two strokes better than Las Vegas.
The Wildcats’ Trey Jensen was the medalist with a 61.
Liberty’s Jayrick Cadelina-Canyete shot 67.
Cougars edge Crusaders
At Canyon Gate, Aaron Kneif shot 1-under 35 to lead Coronado to a 193-194 victory over Faith Lutheran.
Jalen Hodges added a 36 for the Cougars.
Faith Lutheran’s Greg Price shot 35, and teammate Mitch Conley added a 37.
Gators top Eagles
At Legacy, Ty Klabacka and Jeffrey Mullins each shot 3-over 39 as Green Valley beat Boulder City, 211-218.
Connor Malone added a 40 for the Gators.
Boulder City’s Luke Logan was the medalist with a 35, and teammate Quentin Turner carded a 40.
Falcons edge Gaels on tiebreaker
At Tuscany, Foothill’s Andrew Chu shot par 36, then birdied the par-5 No. 2 on a playoff hole to lead the Falcons past the Gaels in a 9-hole match.
Both teams shot 200, but Chu’s birdie gave the Falcons the win after two playoff holes.
Mason Reid added a 39 for Foothill.
Anthony Lalli shot 36 to lead the Gaels, and teammate Dominic Grisingher carded a 38.
