Inthachack shot a 1-under-par 71 at Boulder City Municpal and finished with a two-round total of even-par 144 to capture the Class 2A individual crown. He also helped the Mustangs pull away to win the team title by 35 strokes over Lake Mead.

Coronado’s boys golf shot a two-day total of 23-over-par 599 as a team to win the Class 4A state golf tournament at Reflection Bay Golf Club on Tuesday. It was the Cougars’ first title since 2012, and Coronado players celebrated by jumping into Lake Las Vegas.
Jared Smith carded his second straight 1-under-par 71 to easily win the Class 3A boys state golf tournament. He’s the first Western player to win the individual title since Joel Kijowski in 1996. Boulder City captured the team title for the first time since 2006, winning by one stroke over Spring Creek.
