ROUNDUP: Centennial duo shoots 37 to get past Desert Oasis

Greg Kerber and Justin Palmquist each carded a 1-over-par 37 at Paiute on Tuesday to lead Centennial’s boys golf team to a 203-211 win over Desert Oasis.
Soungjae Baek shot 39 to lead the Diamondbacks.

Kato, Crusaders down Gorman
At Bear’s Best, Yuki Kato earned medalist honors by carding a 1-over-par 37 to help the Crusaders beat Bishop Gorman, 200-253.

Matt Gregory shot 39 and Alex Church had 40 for Faith Lutheran.
Luke Gardner led Gorman with a 44.

Green Valley gets past Boulder City
At Boulder Creek, Ryan Green shot a 1-under-par 35 to lead Green Valley to a 197-251 win over Boulder City.

Cody Smith carded a 39 for Green Valley, and teammate Hayden Cottle shot 40.
Joe Nunley led the Eagles with a 43.

Coronado edges Palo Verde
At Anthem, Coronado’s A.J. McInerney shot an even-par 36 as the Cougars topped Palo Verde, 200-207.

Tad Darland and Julian Glasser each shot 39 for Coronado.
Kyle Melchiorre also fired a 36 to lead Palo Verde.

Spartans edge Mustangs
At Painted Desert, Tyler Spitler carded a 7-over 43 to help Cimarron-Memorial nip Shadow Ridge, 255-258.

Anthony Metzger carded a 42 for the Mustangs.

Mountain View tops Tonopah
At Las Vegas National, Dennis Bee shot a 10-over 46 to lead Mountain View to a 283-292 win over Tonopah.
