Desert Oasis’ Niko Gonnella shot 2-over-par 74 to finish second and help the Diamondbacks to a team score of 404, edging Sierra Vista (409) and Bishop Gorman (411) in a Southwest League match at Rhodes Ranch on Wednesday.

Sierra Vista’s C.J. Schaudel took medalist honors with a 72.

Gorman’s Dylan Garrett finished third at 74.

At Badlands, Kenden Slattery and Christian Pate each shot 2-over 38 to lead Coronado to a 194-210 win over Palo Verde.

Palo Verde’s Errek McClellan won medalist honors with a 36.
