ROUNDUP: Magdaluyo leads Wildcats to Northeast win

Kaden Magdaluyo carded a 6-over-par 78 on Monday to earn medalist honors and lead Las Vegas High’s boys golf team to victory in a Northeast League match at Stallion Mountain.

Trey Janson added an 83, and Zach Thomas shot 85 for the Wildcats, who had a team total of 482. Chaparral, the only other complete team, shot 605.

Canyon Springs’ John Wilborn and Eldorado’s Ryan Manganello each shot 81 to tie for second.

Gators edge Palo Verde
At Legacy, Hayden Cottle, Eddie Long and Grayson Savio each shot 1-over 37 to help Green Valley hold off Palo Verde, 192-197.

Palo Verde’s Brandon Bauman earned medalist honors with a 36. Cody Kelly shot 37 and Dillon Dudley added a 38 for the Panthers.

McInerney, Cougars top Crusaders
At TPC Summerlin, A.J. McInerney shot 1-under 35 as Coronado topped Faith Lutheran, 190-205.
Matt Welch and Kabir Nanar each carded a 38 for the Cougars.

Sam Done paced the Crusaders with a 37.
