ROUNDUP: McInerney’s 35 leads Cougars past Bulldogs

A.J. McInerney carded a 1-under-par 35 on Tuesday at Anthem as Coronado defeated Centennial 185-199 in a boys golf match.

Kenden Slattery and Tad Darland each shot even par for the Cougars. Kevin Stratton added a 38.

Zach Chyz led Centennial with a 38. Jacob Barton added a 39 for the Bulldogs.

Pilarski, Dudley lead Palo Verde
At Badlands, Tyler Pilarski and Dillan Dudley both shot 2-over-par 38 to share medalist honors as Palo Verde defeated Durango, which did not field a full team.

Alex Shen shot a 39 for Palo Verde, which had a team score of 196.

Durango’s Christian Pate also shot a 39.

Green Valley downs Las Vegas
At Desert Rose, Las Vegas’ Ray Gillip was the medalist with a 2-over 37, but Green Valley pulled out a 195-217 win over the Wildcats.

The Gators’ Ryan Green, Trevor Graziano and Zach Morris all shot 38.

Gorman tops Desert Oasis
At Primm Valley Desert, Bishop Gorman’s Scott Martin shared medalist honors with a 3-over 39 as the Gaels defeated Desert Oasis, 203-239.

Mike Wolf added a 40 for Gorman.
