Palo Verde’s boys golf team shot 209 on Wednesday at Badlands to eke out a one-stroke victory over Foothill.
Errek McClellan shot 2-over-par 38 to lead the Panthers, and teammate Brandon Bauman added a 39.
Foothill’s Taylor Montgomery carded a 35 to earn medalist honors.
Gators top Desert Oasis
At Legacy, Green Valley defeated Desert Oasis, 215-224.
Desert Oasis’ Niko Gonnella shot even-par 36 to earn medalist honors.
Green Valley’s Jordan Green and Hayden Cottle each shot 40 to tie for second place.
Bulldogs claim Southern League match
At The Canyons, Brandon Cohen shot a 5-over 77 to lead Virgin Valley to victory in a five-team Southern League meet.
The Bulldogs shot 415. Pahrump Valley was second at 444, followed by Moapa Valley at 456.
Moapa Valley's Cody Kelly carded a 78, and Pahrump's Dorian Patel shot 79.
