ROUNDUP: Sweeneys lead Round Mountain to second-place finish

Dan Sweeney and Will Sweeney each shot 12-over-par 84 Friday to help Round Mountain’s boys golf team finish second in its own tournament at Round Mountain Golf Course.
Battle Mountain won the event at 406, followed by Round Mountain (492), Tonopah (516), White Pine (534), Wells (537) and West Wendover (611).
 
Denver Otteson led Tonopah with an 84.
 
Will Doudy paced West Wendover with an 85.
 
Medalist honors went to Battle Mountain’s Ty Whitehead (75).
