Top golfers: Makalea Petrie (Jr.), Desirae Hembree (Sr.), Jessica Pearson (Jr.)
Outlook: Petrie and Hembree both were first-team All-Sunset League selections last year. They lead a group of three returning letter winners for the Trojans.
“We should be improved,” Hopkins said. “We should be able to repeat as Sunset League champions.”
Hopkins also is enthusiastic about the prospects of freshman Breanne Nygaard, who he said shoots in the mid-70s.
