Annick Haczkiewicz shot 1-under-par 71 Tuesday to lead Palo Verde’s girls golf team to victory in a Northwest League Match at Palm Valley.

Rebecca Oertel shot 81, and Jasmine Fung carded an 83 for the Panthers, who shot 322 as a team.

Centennial was second at 326, followed by Faith Lutheran (334) and Arbor View (431).

Faith Lutheran’s Sydney Smith was second individually at 74. Centennial’s Hailey Stevenson shot 77, and Faith Lutheran’s Cameron Griffin carded a 79.

Coronado’s girls golf team won the Class 5A state tournament Thursday to claim its third straight state title. It’s the seventh team state title for the school.
