Mountain View’s Rachel Horita shot 23-over-par 95 Tuesday to finish second at the Division III state golf tournament at Eagle Valley East Golf Course in Carson City.
Horita finished with a two-day total of 192, three strokes behind Incline’s Devi Meyers.
Meyers led the Highlanders to the team title at 868, two shots ahead of second-place Wells.
