GOLF: Goldstein helps Crusaders top Palo Verde

Morgan Goldstein carded a 2-under-par 34 at Highland Falls on Monday to help Faith Lutheran's girls golf team to a 163-169 victory over Palo Verde.

Sydney Smith added a 38, and Cameron Griffin shot 43 for the Crusaders.

Annick Haczkiewicz led the Panthers with a 34, and teammate Mikenna Klinger shot 43.

Arbor View defeats Shadow Ridge

At Silverstone, Betsy Branton shot a 3-over 39 as Arbor View downed Shadow Ridge.

The Aggies had a team score of 214. Shadow Ridge did not have enough golfers to post a team score.

Bianca Rodriguez-Willrich shot 43, and teammate Kelsey Barnson added a 47 for the Mustangs.
