Hunter Pate carded a 4-under-par 68 at Aliante on Wednesday to lead Bishop Gorman's girls golf team to victory in a Southwest League match.
The Gaels, who also got a 78 from Rose Baral and a 79 from Sabrina Schnur, had a team score of 308. Palo Verde was second with 341, followed by Shadow Ridge with 438.
Palo Verde's Annick Haczkiewicz shot 76, and teammate Mikenna Klinger added a 79.
