ROUNDUP: Crusaders shoot 2-over as a team, roll to I-A Sunset League win

Annie Freman carded a 6-under-par 66 at Las Vegas Municipal on Monday to help Faith Lutheran’s girls post a team score of 2-over-par and win the Division I-A Sunset League golf match.

The Crusaders, who also got a 70 from Brianna Becker and a 71 from Julia Becker, had a team score of 290.

Clark, led by Sabrina Ho’s 80, was second at 375. Pahrump Valley was the only other squad to field a full team and shot 471.

Centennial claims Southwest
At Paiute, Larissa Munoz shot a 15-over 87, and teammate Charise Chyz added an 88 to lead Centennial to victory in a Southwest League match.

The Bulldogs had a team score of 358. Desert Oasis was second at 380, one stroke better than Bishop Gorman. Bonanza took fourth at 450.

Cimarron-Memorial’s Arianna Bryant was the medalist with an 81. Desert Oasis’ Allison Weiderman shot 82, and Gorman’s Melissa Cayne shot 86.

Arbor View on money against Mustangs
At Painted Desert, Ashley Money carded a 5-over 41 to lead Arbor View to a 194-215 win over Shadow Ridge.

Madison Shirey shot 50 for the Mustangs.
