ROUNDUP: Kaui earns medalist honors as Green Valley girls win Northeast League match

Alex Kaui shot a 3-under-par 69 at Stallion Mountain on Wednesday to take medalist honors and help Green Valley’s girls golf team to victory in a Northeast League match.

The Gators, who also got 78s from Mercedes Khumnark and Sarah Thomas, had a team score of 325. Silverado was the only other squad to post a team score and shot 436.

Cayne, Gaels down Bonanza
At Bear’s Best, Melissa Cayne shot a 6-over 41 to earn medalist honors and help Bishop Gorman to a 176-200 win over Bonanza.

Katie DeJesus added a 42, and Maddie Black shot 44 for the Gaels.

Lauren Gray shot 48 for Bonanza.

Money, Aggies cash in
At Silverstone, Ashley Money took medalist honors with a 2-over 38 and helped Arbor View to a 185-188 win over Centennial.

Shaylee Hollan had a 42 for the Aggies.

Larissa Munoz carded a 41, and Charise Chyz shot 46 for the Bulldogs.

Becker helps Crusaders top Coronado
At Revere, Brianna Becker carded a 2-under-34 to help lead the Crusaders to a 157-184 win over Coronado.

Coronado’s Natalie Yamamoto took second place with 37, followed by Faith Lutheran’s Bri Yee, who shot 40.
