Roundup: Logan Allen helps Gaels to Southwest League match win

Logan Allen carded a 4-over-par 75 at Angel Park on Tuesday to help Bishop Gorman’s girls golf team win a Southwest League match.

The Gaels shot 326 as a team. Clark was second with a 335, followed by Sierra Vista (363), Desert Oasis (426), Spring Valley (468) and Silverado (480).

Clark’s Riana Mission took medalist honors with a 70.

Durango’s Bella Gopwani was second individually with a 73.

Sierra Vista’s Caroline Valley shot 76, and teammate Aliyah Williams shot 77.

Pahrump Valley wins Sunset match

At Legacy Golf Club, Breanne Nygaard shot a 7-over 79 to help Pahrump Valley to victory in a Sunset League match.

The Trojans had a team score of 399. Del Sol was the only other team to post a score and shot 528.

Western’s Carolyn Lemon was the medalist with a 77.

Boulder City defeats Tech

At Boulder Creek, Ryann Reese carded a 3-over 39 to help Boulder City to a 175-190 win over Tech.

Coronado’s Victoria Estrada was the medalist with a 35, and teammate Crystle Querol shot 36, but the Cougars had only three golfers and did not post a team score.

Tech’s Ahja Crosby and Cassidy Phelan each shot 41.
