Outlook: The Longhorns return nine starters from a team that qualified for the postseason last year.

Orpineda posted four shutouts last year and is back to anchor the defense.

"This year, our team is a combination of our strong junior varsity and varsity players from last year," Cobian said. "Our goal, like every year, is to go to state."
