Outlook: The defending Class 4A state champions bring back seven starters, but for the first time in four years will experience life without John Lynam.
Lynam scored the third-most goals in a season in state history (55) last year and finished his career with 109 goals, also third-best in state history.
Picking up some of the scoring load will be a challenge for the Cougars who still hope to contend.
“After losing several key players to graduation, we look to rebuild and make a deep run in the playoffs,” Barton said.
