BOYS SOCCER: Casas’ late goal lifts Wildcats by Liberty

Randy Casas' goal in the final 20 seconds of the match Wednesday lifted Las Vegas' boys soccer team to a 2-1 win over visiting Liberty.

Elias Torres also scored in the second half for the Wildcats, who trailed 1-0 at halftime.

Eduardo Soriano scored for the Patriots.

Valley 2, Silverado 1 — At Silverado, Andy Gonzales and Damian Alvarez each scored a second-half goal as the Vikings edged the Skyhawks.

Manny Jahuey scored for Silverado.

Cimarron-Memorial 5, Arbor View 3 — At Arbor View, Christian Pango scored the go-ahead goal midway through the second half to help the Spartans overcome a 2-1 halftime deficit and rally by the Aggies.

Arturo Bahena, Dresdan Quackenbush, Carlo Quesada and Miguel Rubio also scored for Cimarron. Quackenbush added an assist for the Spartans.

Niko Dongmann had two goals to lead Arbor View. Christian Limon added a goal, and Ricardo Carrera had two assists for the Aggies.

Mojave 2, Cheyenne 0 — At Cheyenne, Eduardo Luna-Ruiz and Antonio Perez each tallied a first half goal, and the Rattlers went on to blank the Desert Shields.

Gabriel Sida and Jesus Angulo combined on the shutout for Mojave.

Centennial 3, Desert Oasis 0 — At Centennial, Manny Ramirez scored twice to lead the Bulldogs by the Diamondbacks.

Ahmed Green scored, and Jacob Garcia had three assists for Centennial.

Jacob Mays made three saves en route to the shutout.

Clark 5, Sierra Vista 0 — At Clark, Oscar Mata scored three goals, and Ivan Lopez had a goal and two assists as the Chargers blanked the Mountain Lions.

Leo Franco had a goal and an assist for Clark.

Tristan Polakowski made six saves to earn the shutout.

Western 7, Spring Valley 1 — At Western, Angel Gutierrez-Montes and David Ginsburg each scored twice to lead the Warriors by the Grizzlies.

Alonso Campos-Martinez and Guillaume Chevalier each had a goal and an assist, and Isaac Arellano scored for Western, which got two assists from Franklin Martinez.

Jose Lopez scored for Spring Valley.

Pahrump Valley 11, The Meadows 0 — At Pahrump, Eduardo Garcia tallied three goals and Bento Gomez scored twice to lead the Trojans to a rout of the Mustangs.

Ethan Adams, Besar Fernandez, Carlos Ortega and Paul Holmes each notched a goal and an assist, and Craig Moore and Ryan Jacot also scored for Pahrump, which got two assists from Bailey Crawford.

Nick Harris made two saves en route to the shutout.
